About the event

Annika (tailor and fashion designer) will be opening the doors to her textile workshop on Saturday 14 November 2026 to show you a variety of upcycling techniques for giving unused textiles a new lease of life. You’ll learn how to creatively alter and repair worn-out jeans, stained blouses or old sheets, or transform them into new accessories such as bags and scrunchies using suitable sewing patterns.

Pop round, bring along your fabrics or an unfinished sewing project, and make the most of our expert advice to create your very own upcycled piece!
