Consumption Therapy: Why did I buy that?
A bad buy, an impulse buy, or simply far too much stuff? Bring along a product or a story about something you wish you hadn’t bought today.

About the event
Consumption Therapy invites you to take part in an honest session of reflection to uncover the reasons behind impulse buys and bad purchases. Bring along your worst ever purchase – or the story behind it – and share it in a supportive group setting. This will help you recognise psychological consumption patterns, free yourself from unnecessary clutter and discover ways to shop more mindfully.
As an example, take a look at zircls.com – a platform that helps people keep products in circulation for longer and be rewarded for doing so.
German; English is also used for English-speaking participants.
