About the event

‘Handwoven in Berlin’ invites you to unearth real textile treasures from a huge pile of sorted second-hand clothes. Let’s put our heads together and think about all the things we can still make from them. You can try your hand at upcycling through textile printing, visible mending through embroidery, weaving with strips of fabric – all that and much more.
Turn old fabrics into modern, one-of-a-kind pieces and take a stand against fast fashion.
