About the event

Whilst Berlin offers countless events for the software industry, the team at made+from, as hosts, bring the hardware community together. The Circular Hardware Meetup creates the first central meeting place for everyone who shapes the circular economy through hands-on work: product designers, engineers, craftspeople and makers.

The event will take place at the newly opened Werkstatt, a converted warehouse in Charlottenburg. Surrounded by workbenches, wood, metal and 3D printers, there’s plenty to see. The highlight will be the workbench talk featuring two Berlin-based pioneers from the circular hardware scene. Rather than giving theoretical talks on stage, the guests will present their visions directly using real prototypes.

The programme:
- A tour of the workshop in the converted warehouse
- Workbench Talk with two guests from the field (tbc)
- Open Q&A session
- Drinks & networking within the maker community

Meet like-minded people and discover how local initiatives are bringing circular products to life – from packaging and bicycles to furniture.
